I bought this pedal for the pitch shift setting to drop or raise the tuning easily and it does the job quite good. Harmony shifts the pitch and mixes it back with the original signal to create a rich, harmonic voice. You can even Detune your sound by shifting the pitch just slightly, making the output have a 'spacey' quality.

Overall the pitch shifted sound is of good quality with no artifacts for full step down, but it has too much latency, which makes it unplayable, therefore polyphonic pitch shifting has only limited utilisation.
