I can accept things breaking prematurely, but I don't accept companies putting zero effort into fulfilling simple and reasonable requests especially when it comes to keeping things out of landfill. This could be an easy win for them. I recently reviewed the similar sized WORX model S300 ( video review) and while I think it’s a great bit of kit, it’s by no means quite as straightforward as the LawnMaster L10 in terms of installation, configuration and on-going use.
Today’s robot lawn mowers take the hard work out of mowing and have been manufactured for almost any size garden.
