Kevin was a much loved and respected Senior Lecturer at Cardiff Business School, Cardiff University. He formerly taught at the University of Glamorgan where he was director of the ‘Controlling Bodies: the Regulation of Conduct 1650–2000’ project. In additional to our annual funding from the Royal Economic Society and Scottish Economic Society, we are supported by subscriptions from economics departments across the country. Kevin was an extremely kind man and brought many gifts from his recruitment travels for his friends – there is many a toy panda within the Aberconway building and beyond.

That job meant a great deal to me, partly because it was filmed in Cardiff and I got to speak in my Cardiff accent,” says Young, who is keen to keep working in Wales.
