The Caframo Ecofan 812 AirMax is a heat-powered fan desiogned to circulate the warm air created by a wood-stove operating with normal surface temperatures of between 85C and 345C. Warranties - Ecofans 810 Ultrair/812 Airmax/806 BelAir are warranted to be free from any manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, the Ecofan 800 is for a period of 1 year.Free blade rotation, a proper heat source, and a functioning motor and module are the essential elements required for the Ecofan to operate. Three vaned blades create more turbulence, or dirty air, for the blades to fight through given the small amount of power generated by the Ecofan. If you need to readjust the blade onto the motor shaft, you will require a 1/16th inch allen key to loosen and retighten the set screw on the side of the blade.
