I still picked up whiffs of it for hours and hours, especially as I moved around a little bit and warmed up in an indoors, air-conditioned environment. Personally I am bit over the `Aventus obsession` it is a special scent but let’s face it, it probably only got so much attention because of de luxury vibe and the psychology behind that. Its winter right now so I'm going to wait until summer to really decide if I'm keeping this or just giving it away.

It didn't take long before the smell of PP disappeared on my arm (I'm sure it was still there but very faint) but I could smell the smokiness and muskiness of the EDT still going strong on my right arm! She found me, I asked how did she find me, she said "don't you ever wear that fragrance on hide and seek, or you will lose". The top is citrus, not the same nasty one from the first time, it’s kind of nice, and it’s gone pretty fast.If you have it you will know it's special cause the presentation is better than anything I ever experienced as someone who's been collecting and loving fragrances in the triple decades.

The dry down on "Club de Nuit Intense Man EDT" is one of the most attractive, smoky profiles ever created.i got the all arabic batch of several decants with names like Lattafa Najdia Tribute, Rasasi Egra, Rasasi Ambergris Showers, etc. Also as an urban dweller where the senses are constantly activated or assaulted I do know the senses are somewhat diminished.

My favourite combo is the attar on the collar of my shirt and the EdP/parfum on my chest and back of the neck. When I first bought this the citrus top was way too much for me to handle, and over all, it smelled like an over the top chemical mess.CDNIM Pure Parfum opens up with Citruses, Woods and a touch Blackcurrant/Pineapple (No harshness, No synthetic vibe) Mid phase of the fragrance is little bit Sweet, Woody and floral, The real magic begins in the Dry-down of the fragrance It’s Spicy, Dusty, Woody, Smoky, Leathery, Musky.

It's still got some of that Lemon Pledge-ness to it in the opening(which I love, so I'm fine with it) but it's even sweeter and more pineappley than my Aventus batches. Although I don't hate this fragrance, I'm too lazy to respray it so often and go through the initial scent. Overall, I love this, and though I'm tempted to get a small vial of Aventus just to say I've smelled it, I don't think I'd need to spend the money on a bottle.The lemon note while synthetic has a familiar profile that is likable for many people and blends well with the other fruits. Hard to describe in words, but once it hits you immediately know that this is why the fragrance was created. After I put it on, I knew right away I made a mistake, but I thought I'd let it go for a bit to see how it played out.
