It was the weird British edition of Vegan With A Vengeance, the first book of her’s that I ever bought. With over 100 innovative recipes, along with tips, techniques and ingredient guides, this book will teach you how to feel more confident than ever in a plant-based kitchen.The ingredient list font is far too small and for some reason is printed in light lentil green making it somewhat difficult to read.

Over the years I’ve bought all the others and I Can Cook Vegan arrived on my door the day of release. I love this author but the book's color choices make it hard to read and harder to use in the kitchen.
