It would have definitely been a 5 out of 5 but having considered every aspect including the scent which wasn’t for me. I struggle with hot flushes and this really seems to help cool me down and it smells lovely and calming at the same time. It’s not as much money as some of their other products which is great and I’ve found it to be the most highly effective product in their range.
