If you can accept this is a 2019 4K vision of 2008's Iron Man, then you should surely be more than happy with it. This title for is the best yet in terms of art work and despite the movie itself not being one of my favourite Marvel films, the quality in terms of picture and sound is very good.

The charmingly pompous, arrogant billionaire turned superhero lands on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray with a beautiful and often striking HEVC H. For example, the readability on several of Stark’s computer screens in his home lab, and facial details have increased. Straight for the pages of the legendary comic book, Iron Man is a hero who is built - not born- to be unlike any other! to an extent that cleans the image but hasn't entirely wiped out finer details and leaving the picture hopelessly smooth and lifeless. That joined with military might in the form of Captain America, eventually saved the world together in a flash of red, white, and blue come Avengers: Endgame.Imaging continuously feels spacious and expansive, exhibiting superb detailing and clarity in the mid-range during the loudest, ear-piercing moments and in the clashing crunch and pings of metal on metal fights. But those same scenes are now intensified with noises elevated overhead for a good portion of the time.
