Even though it’s cheaper, the keyboard is included too, and the internal hardware together with Chrome OS is more powerful in real life. The forward-facing, two-megapixel camera sits on the longer edge of the tablet while the backward-facing, eight-megapixel camera is located at the top-left corner of the tablet. These aren't earth-shattering failures and fixing it is as simple as slapping the cover or keyboard back on, but it happened often enough that we can see some people getting frustrated with it. Chrome OS is right in the middle, extending well beyond a mobile OS, giving something approaching a typical laptop environment on a tablet, while steering clear of the resource overhead required by a major OS install. Each model also comes with two cameras: a 5MP fixed-focus webcam and an 8MP rear camera with autofocus.

Our other major issue with the Lenovo Duet is the way its magnetic kickstand cover and keyboard attach to the tablet. And that portability goes hand in hand with handsome looks; the “Abyss Blue” model with its two-tone finish looks particularly natty. These are impressive specifications on a laptop starting at a mere 450 Euros and, not only that, but it looked extremely good when we had the chance to go hands-on with it at MWC.

If you want a 2-in-1 laptop that can multitask with the best of them or you're the type of person who opens up dozens and dozens of Google Chrome tabs just to see the world burn, the Lenovo Duet is not the Chromebook for you.
