It does not have the strong scent that this fragrance originally has and gives me a headache, but it stays for so long. If you do pick up on this weirdness, it doesn't ruin the fragrance but doesn't make me like it either. The first day, I was immediately disappointed because it smelled like a Lip Smackers or Bonne Bell product from my middle school days, artificial berry scent.

It knows it's a mainstream perfume counter perfume, but like a pretty romcom girl, it's not defined by its pedegree, how expensive or artsy or well educated it is. The peony shows up in the middle but isn't sharp or harsh, just a nice soft sweet pink floral breeze.This has a twist to it that I just dont like, I dont wanna use the word but when it turns “granny-ish” and in general also its for me a disappointing perfume. My perception of this fragrance left me disappointed as I expected something more refined from Saint Laurent. All three share sweetness (although WDR is the least sweet of the three) as well as a strong raspberry note, which I truly love in perfume. This perfume is fruity, slightly sweet, sparkling, floral-clean with an airy base that embrace the perfume notes on the long term. Opens with a bright, citrusy, sparkling strawberry that feels very young and, I hate to say, a little cheap .

I’ve recently bought VS Bombshell Magic, which is extremely similar, but it does not contain the aforementioned notes I’m not crazy about. I don't wear this scent when I feel grody and am in a bad mood because I am not being who I desire to be in that instance, and the perfume would just highlight that. Overall, it's not bad for a summer scent, but as with all YSL perfumes, spray sparingly so as to be kind to the noses of people who happen to sit besides you on public transport. Finally, its background adopts a warmer and more sensual tone, thanks to the presence of notes such as white musk and sparkles of sweet vanilla. and by the pretty bottle and colour of the perfume (reminiscent of Tresor Midnight Rose, which I adore).

I have a travel spray of this one, which I obtained around the time of its release; I decided to revisit it again. Mon Paris doesn't turn on my skin as much as Scandal A Paris, but there's a hint of it when I dig my nose deep into the fragrance. Spell-binding, it captivates from the very first time it is worn thanks to its ultra-pure radiance, which binds patchouli to luminous, white notes, and balances it with the sensuality of musk. I will definitely be using this to layer my exotic Arabian perfumes that are too deep and heavy for daytime wear to sweeten them up more. I’m not able to pick out any of the other scents independently, but I’m sure they add to the perfume.
