The Aeldari miniatures within are designed for dynamic customization and vivid portrayal on the battlefield. Once rulers of the galaxy, the Aeldari now traverse the cosmos on their nomadic craftworlds and Corsair fleets. This means you really need to want a lot of Corsairs for this to be worth it, but if you do want the Corsairs and Banshees, this could be a decent pickup. These versatile kits provide a solid firebase – or pistol-packing combatants – while Jain Zar and five of her finest Howling Banshees dance through the decks, unleashing disorientating psychosonic screams as they cut their foes to ribbons.

I wouldn't want to run into them in the tight confines of a space hulk and I could see this being a solid pick for Boarding Actions. More factions are going to be getting smaller 500-point armies for playing out the new Boarding Actions game mode for Warhammer 40,000. Jain Zar leads Boarding Patrol: Aeldari accompanied by five Howling Banshees, as well as 20 Corsair Voidscarred who can be assembled as any one of two different units. Each miniature in this set represents the fallen empire’s enduring legacy, offering players a chance to bring a piece of Aeldari history to life.
