The Airbus A319/A320/A321 Throttle Quadrant Add-Ons is new a kit designed by ProDeskSim to enhance the realism of the flight simulation experience for users who own the Bravo Throttle Quadrant of Honeycomb Aeronautical. Essentially, each axis has independent dual-function reverse thrust, so there is an option for going below idle into the reverse thrust/ beta range like on turboprops.

For Xbox users, both peripherals are compatible with Xbox using Honeycomb’s Xbox Hub which is included in the package with the Alpha Flight Controls XPC. Keeping the mounting pad on your desk while storing the yoke elsewhere allows for easy setup when you’re ready to fly, as all you have to do is slide the controls onto the pad. Both the Alpha Flight Controls XPC and Bravo Throttle Quadrant are made out of great materials, the handles are all very ergonomic and properly sized even for my larger hands, and offer a ton of features that made my life much easier.However, this product does suffer a (well documented) design flaw regarding the internal wiring connecting the thrust levers and reversers to the main PCB.

The second is a sizeable micro-suction cup, which is attached to a removable mounting plate on the base of the throttle quadrant. Similarly, the throttle quadrant has a well-designed panel with backlit LED lights that displays various aircraft issues and system status information, such as low pressure, engine fire, anti-ice off, and more. You can combine the handles as you would like, whether you want to fly a two-engine turboprop, single-engine ultra-light, or a Boeing jet. The add-on have been tested and validated with various aircraft models : Fenix A320 in MSFS and Toliss Airbus series in X-Plane.
