The book promises to provide "unique" insight into Mourinho's professional and personal life, examining both "the man" as well as "the manager". I don’t even think he needs backing, but obviously it is nice to have that and he has certainly got that from the players and the club. The author seems intent on exaggerating and over-stating any 'relationship' with Mourinho, who probably doesn't even remember anything about this journalist (who I've never heard of before). Book is just full of stories and stats from Jose’s time as Chelsea manager (author is a Chelsea fan as well), I was actually hoping the author would have given more insight into his time in Madrid (which actually made me get the book in the first instance). Gary Cahill believed it too, well, at least publicly as he commented while away with the England squad.
