About this deal

I feel like this fragrance is one of the cases where you get a pretty wrong idea of what you're going to get by reading the reviews here. You might not want to use a fragrance in beast mode all day and might want to change to something else to fit the next event of the day.

Why they don't just do a standard bottle like Tom ford and just change the name on the front ill never know.A strong spirited and pulsating masculine scent beginning with a citrus gust and sparkling spices mingling with rich floral notes resting on warm sensual woods and amber. While not containing any real pepper notes, after the top notes dissipate Ventana has some kind of phantom pepper note that develops, which is quite interesting. The first day I wore the Lidl clone, someone sitting near me started freaking out: "It smells like vinegar in here? We don’t spend much time with the top notes of the juice upon application and, by my standards, bravo to the master who crafted it.

The base is comprised of woody notes, cedar coming in strong while the scent of amber and labdanum finish this fragrance on a warm accord. Smells great, nearly identical to Sauvage after the first few minutes (bit of a (not terrible) synthetic cirtus smell in the opening), but terrible performance :( I wanted to love this, and upon first spray it smells wonderful (applied like 10-15 sprays and it wasn't even that intense), but unfortunately I stopped smelling it completely after an hour or two, except when having my nose right up to my shirt or skin. Although Ventana Pour Homme does share some similarities with Dior Sauvage--and is also in that same bright-citrus and ambroxan scent genre, it's quite a bit different for me to classify this one as being a clone. I don't get that kind of longevity from Sauvage EDT (maybe the EDP version of Sauvage is comparable? These cookies enable us to personalise your experience on our site with things like relevant content (e.

it's a bit more suited for the summer because you don't really have the sharpness of Sauvage here, which is really good and also makes it good to own with Sauvage. This cologne comes in a black rectangular bottle with thin silver-colored stripes, packaged in a box with a design to match. Ventana has the bright, metallic and synthetic blast that Sauvage does, its LOUD, albeit not as loud as Sauv. I can't judge projection that well, but I my projection with Ventana is pretty close to what I get with Sauvage. It comes packaged in a unique metal gridded casing that is guaranteed to stand out among your fragrance collection.I read a comment illustrating a sort of Aventus(*L’Aventure*)/Suavage hybrid olfactory assault, sans suavagean metallic notes in the dry down, and I’ll admit it’s eerily close to that exactly. In terms of this being a clone, I'd say it gets to about 85-90% similar to Dior Sauvage, not perfect but there is a strong similarity between the two which becomes more prominent as the fragrances develop. They may also limit the number of times you see an advert as well as help measure the effectiveness of the advertising campaigns. Opening with citrus notes of lemon, grapefruit, and mandarin orange, the heart contains floral notes of herbaceous geranium and aromatic lavender that freshen the more earthy notes of patchouli and vetiver.

Please note that Royal Mail currently classes perfumes, nail polishes, flammable liquids and aerosols as "hazardous materials" and will only accept a limited number of these per parcel. Dispatched immediately and arrived safely from abroad faster than several items purchased at the same time in the UK! However on the dry down the main notes you will get would be Patchouli and Vetiver with a little citrus thrown in. com perfumes magazine - All Rights Reserved - do not copy anything without prior written permission. I won't lie to you and make it sound like the greatest thing on earth to justify my purchase, which happens on this forum quite a bit.I compliment this guy every time he puts it on, which leads me to believe that it does smell different on different people. Better than a random fresh scent from Zara but not better than what you would get from Hugo Boss, Versace, Montblanc or another mid tier designer. not sure but I have heard a lot of comments that say you should let the bottle sit for a couple of months and then it becomes much better, so if anything will change in these months I will edit my comment. Which I can take or leave depending on the mood I’m in, but it’s worth it to make it to the dry down of that juice. The projection is not as beastly, nor is it as high quality as the original Sauvage, but you get what you pay for and a little bit more.
