About this deal

The expensive designer and niche scents still have a place in my collection, but these three are the forever scents. In comparison to what Brut is and was, highly regarded pearls like Beau du Jour of TF are just kids pretending to be adult working. And, while perhaps a little dated - owing only to the nostalgia factor, in my opinion - it's a definite classic.

Its olfactory pyramid begins with a powerful freshness, created from a citrus explosion and combined with starry asis and the clean aroma of lavender. Nowadays I smell the girly man fragrances on so many men, the Tommy H, the Cool water, the agua D, and now a step beyond, oud!Casual Classics very own in house designs referencing and inspired by all things casual including music, film and television. The bad-boy reputation suggests your pimp Brut is getting most of the attention, leaving you to do the dirty work. it has a quality of freshness mixed up with a strange but good vibe i guess its but im not sure its base is the same of Brut Classic. Powerful and masculine, anyone over 30 already knows what Brut smells like, so no need to describe it. The current Brut Splash-On is the same sort of deal, although I get about five minutes out of that stuff, but this could just be because it's newer and fresher.

It is affordable and a great starter for the young guys out there, much better than the crap AXE puts out. That being said, the medallion bottles of the lotion from the seventies and eighties are remarkable. Top notes are Lavender, Anise, Bergamot, Basil, Orange Blossom and Lemon; middle notes are Ylang-Ylang, Geranium and Jasmine; base notes are Coumarin, Musk, Sandalowood, Oakmoss, Tonka Bean, Vanila, Vetiver and Patchouli. These areas pulse having a temperature above the rest of the body, and this will help the fragrance to evaporate slower. I see how it could work for a boomer these days, but the overwhelming volume of notes and the heavy lavender and musk scent mix did not work for me.

There are even hints of sandalwood and patchouli notes peaking through, producing moments of actual delight or deliciousness as the scent reacts to body heat. It is probably not as well-constructed a scent as the original Old Spice; but, like Old Spice, Brut classic presents a composition that, even with its materials incrementally absented or synthesized, still possesses a legible premise and undeniably personable appeal: worth owning for reference, worth wearing for solid pleasure (or is it the pleasure of solidity? Brut EDT: To clarify for readers, this is still marketed as a "Parfums Prestige" product, despite Unilever deleting "Parfums Prestige" from the front and back of the box.Very nice, a bit sweeter than classic Brut sold in green bottles (probably more vanilla), it is fairly cheap and you need to overspray to get some longevity and projection (but overspraying works with this one). My first memories of perfume (or anything else) take me to a long time ago, I remember just a few things of that time, and one is that green plastic bottle of Brut. Finally, its background adopts an irresistible warmth, and is shaped by notes of vanilla, vetiver and patchouli. Brut Original Eau de Toilette Spray is a very masculine fragrance that combines notes of leather, tobacco and greens that expresses a confident and refined character.
