My hair was a medium brown so I wasn't sure if the dye would take to it but because I had my hair cut two days before I got the dye and I didn't really want to mess it up by bleaching it. After application it really is a great colour, but it fades significantly with each wash (even using colour shampoo and cool water) and for me is completely gone after a handful of washes.
