I find this just behind OL for the most wearable of the leather specific scents I've tried (OL, TL, AdP, RC). this is still a super masculine option, but it won't be a "smack you in the face" leather scent if that's what you're looking for.I feel that Rare Carbon does sit between TL and OL EDP, actually leaning a bit more toward TL at times, esp during drydown, and OL early and mid. I bought this as I was given a small tester of the TF Ombre Leather and loved it from the first sniff. Just Jack fragrances don't have Fragrantica listings so I thought I'd give a review of Ombre Suede here. Rare Carbon stays like this for the rest of its half-life, with everything except the leather slowly taking a back seat as you reach hour 3. Haven't faced that problem in night times, and since I bought it like 2 months ago, I'm still waiting for my first winter with this thing.It's strong on my skin and clothes , you can easily pull 6 hours of good strong projection then recluse to about 1 feet of projection. While this is the samme league of perfume (leather+floral) , it is absolutely not even closebto smelling like ombre leather.
