Crumbly, sweet and delicious - these shortbread biscuits are a real treat and the perfect match for when you want a little more indulgence with your Baileys. We take our signature biscuits and carefully settle each one into smooth chocolate with the taste of Baileys Original Irish Cream. The filling set wonderfully to a creamy, soft consistency, and it tastes like a fancy restaurant dessert. This Bailey’s Chocolate Tiffin can be made with either milk or dark chocolate, depending on how rich you like your treats to be. Now that I’ve made these delightful little morsels, I know that they’re far too delicious to only make once a year. Top tip: if you roll out your dough on a piece of baking paper, you can gently cut out the snowflake shapes and lift off the excess dough - this leaves just the shortbread shapes, and you can lift the baking paper straight onto a baking tray!
