Then there’s the milk – for a fully automated machine you get a pleasing amount of control over your milk and it really does a great job at creating light microfoam – as good as any machine that I’ve tried.For the first shot after the machine has been cold then you should allow around 2 mins (half of this is the boiler coming up to temperature). Configure the milk and coffee settings to your tastes and save them to the machine ‘s memory, and you can quickly replicate that perfect cup every time.
