Guns N’ Roses Greatest Hits album (first issued in 2004) will be released on vinyl for the first time in September, with a limited splatter vinyl available for those who are quick off the mark. Guns N’ Roses’ multi-platinum Greatest Hits collection was released on vinyl for the first time in 2020. Greatest Hits also culls from II “Yesterdays,” “Civil War” and GN’R’s take on Bob Dylan’s “Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door.

LOS ANGELES, CA –July 31, 2020 – On September 25, 2020, Guns N’ Roses’ 2004, multi-platinum best of compilation Greatest Hits (Geffen/UMe) will be released on vinyl for the first time. Originally recorded in December 1986, ‘Shadow of Your Love’ made its debut on the 2018 box set Appetite For Destruction.The album features 15 tracks including all their classic rock moments - Sweet Child O' Mine, Paradise City, November Rain etc. Greatest Hits spans the group’s five album releases, including their cover of the Rolling Stones’ “Sympathy For The Devil” for the 1995 film Interview With The Vampire. Greatest Hits collection from notorious rockers Guns 'n' Roses that spans their career from the late eighties through to the early nineties. Guns n' Roses have released many great albums over the years and this album is the culmination of all of them with songs anywhere from 'Appetite for Destruction' to 'The Spaghetti Incident' it covers the best that this band has to offer and it does it well. The band is in full support of the vinyl reissue and have asked us to rework the artwork for a new feel with different colours and new photos.

I already have Appetite for Destruction and I wasn't so keen in investing in the whole GNR discography. Overall I'd give this album a good recommendation to pick up if you like Guns n' Roses however it may not be for everyone. Previously only available digitally and on CD, Greatest Hits will be pressed as a 2LP set on 180gram audiophile black vinyl and a 2LP set on gold colored vinyl with red and white splatter. Use Your Illusion I was Grammy® nominated for Best Hard Rock Performance as was the Wings cover “Live And Let Die.But it’s a cool record with all the songs you really need from the band (used to love her and a few more over the covers, but I digress). The 2LP set is pressed on 180g black vinyl and features all the hits along with a special bonus track in ‘Shadow of Your Love’ which was first issued on the 2018 Appetite For Destruction box set.
