There’s especially a great scene where some saws come in and cut open the ceiling and then reveal a flying helicopter that then has characters jump out of it and your top channels are loud and track it quite well.

Only problems is, Gru doesn’t have the stone and now it’s up to Otto, Kevin, Stuart and Bob to save their boss, get the stone back, and try not to make even MORE of a mess of things than they already have. Overheads are filled with discrete sounds of Jean Clawed’s mecha machine when it stomps into Wild Knuckles’ lair, and the bass is more than powerful throughout. Gru-vy Animation is a breakdown of the animation process including concept art, storyboards, layout, voice recording, and animation, and lighting. The Rise of Gru isn’t otherwise much of a stretch for the series, with the same combination of humor and heart that has made the rest of the films so popular—and yes, plenty of Minion antics. While Minions is slightly uneven and doesn't resonate like the films that inspired it, Kevin, Stuart, and little Bob exude fun loving charm, which combines with the film's Minion inspired antics to make for a mildly entertaining evening for the whole family.Minions: The Rise of Gru is a sequel to the prequel, and that’s where things get interesting for the development of the franchise. The Rise of Gru features a young Gru (Steve Carrell) trying to make a name for himself, with or without the help of his minions.
