The 2001 DVD from the aborted Zoom tour that year, a live studio concert from Los Angeles, is also surprisingly not as fine tuned as this current band is. The experience from the concert would later be described in the song "Time of Our Life" from the next ELO album From Out of Nowhere. Blue Sky, Livin' Thing and Evil Woman to Do Ya from his days with The Move, Handle With Care which he recorded with the Travelling Wilburys, right thru When I Was A Boy from his latest ELO masterpiece, Alone In The Universe.

Included with the book was a 7" vinyl picture disc with the live recordings of " Xanadu" and " Don't Bring Me Down". The full array of his classic songs, plus one or two surprises, provide two hours of wonderful music for a very special evening. In his review, Stephen Thomas Erlewine at AllMusic said that Wembley or Bust "could sometimes be mistaken for an ELO greatest-hits album", but he also mentioned that Lynne "is a little rougher and lower than he was at his peak". Now, I have no doubt that this was a digital recording (because that’s how these things are done these days for the most part at live concerts) but they clearly paid attention to getting the mix sounding like vintage ELO should sound.
