About this deal

This new season of Warhammer Heroes, which will make up a full Kill Team when you collect the whole range, was revealed on May 1, 2023.

Status: Released whenever your local Warhammer store has its anniversary New Tyranids Releases and Images of New Models Psychophage The other thing as well is the inclusion of Scarab Swarms – apparently, they aren’t usable in Boarding Actions if you have Ophydian Destroyers in the same list, so GW say. At least they aren’t on the box art though. Boarding Patrol: Necrons – Value The savings all around speak for themselves – I’m sure Trazyn the Infinite himself couldn’t resist getting a few copies for his collection. Boarding Patrol: Necrons – PointsStatus: Released April 7, 2023 sh Wastes Nomads Herder and Arthromite Duneskuttler Ash Wastes Nomad Herder & Arthromite Duneskuttler The only problem? Everyone else wants in on the action, and now the whole galaxy is boarding the Arks of Omen in search of glory, treasure, or just a big punch-up. In fact, four more Boarding Patrol boxes are preparing for launch in the near future – and only one of them might be said to have the Emperor’s best interests at heart… They’re joined by an Eversor Assassin, presumably for the levity of his presence and not because a murderously volatile living bomb is exactly what you need in an operations zone separated from the freezing cold of space by less than a metre of bulkhead… This new Strike Force Box includes 5 Heavy Intercessors (already released separately), a 10-man Desolation Squad, a Brutalis Dreadnought and a new Primaris Lieutenant. It was revealed on January 27, 2023.

Were it up to me, with 165 points to spare, I’d probably want to bring another unit of 10 Fire Warriors to pad the boarding force out with more firepower and then use the remaining 75 points to upgrade everything possible to the max – and there’s such a cornucopia of guns, especially with the Battlesuits, to choose from – and they’re all pretty valuable, despite their standard/ shorter range – but then again, that’s what Boarding Actions is all about. There’s too many walls to be sniping someone off the board with railguns – so sometimes the closer you can get, the better. Updated 40k Boarding Patrol Boxes: What’s the Value?

Space Marines are among the most elite warriors in the galaxy, clad in indomitable power armour and equipped with the Imperium’s most devastating weaponry. Created by the Emperor himself from the genetic material of his demigod Primarch sons, the Adeptus Astartes are the ultimate soldiers for a cruel and terrible age – unrivalled in storming the claustrophic corridors of a space hulk, or seizing control of hostile ships in frenetic boarding actions. It’ll come as no surprise to anyone who has been following these Boarding Patrol releases that Boarding Patrol: T’au Empire offers up some pretty decent savings. As we said, this has a bit of a random assortment of models, but the value is definitely there! This actually rivals some of the better boxes from Christmas, so if you need all the models inside, this is totally worth grabbing, as you basically get two boxes of Possessed for free! It also contains the new Daemon Prince, which is quite pricey to grab on its own, so that’s very nice. Battlefields in the grim darkness of the far future are shifting as Vashtorr the Arkifane and Abaddon unleash the calamitous Arks of Omen and set intricate plans in motion.

But what are the best value Boarding Patrols for the money? You can actually save quite a bit of money with some of these (assuming that these models are the models you want). I wasn’t too enthusiastic about the Space Marine Boarding Action because it basically seemed like you were buying Heavy Intercessors and Assault Intercessors, and got an HQ unit free. Good if you like it, but kinda bland. But the other boxes, which have been announced but are not yet available for sale, look like really great values. What are the Best Value Boarding Patrols? Arks of Omen 40k Boarding Patrol Box Sets: Savings & Value Breakdown

Flood the battlefield with Khorne Berzerkers, the raging foot soldiers of the World Eaters legion. This unit of 10 Berzerkers is a close combat powerhouse, the perfect core for any World Eaters army. Jakhals The immediate difference between the Boarding Patrol and other Warhammer 40,000 Detachments is that nothing is compulsory,” Rich explains. “It’s perfectly viable to take no Troops or HQs whatsoever, allowing lists to lean into clear concepts like an all- Navy Breacher force, or take nothing but Khorne Berzerkers – the gentleman’s choice.” With the caveat that to actually save money with these boxes, you have to need every model in the box (which I think will hurt the Grey Knights because of Castellan Crowe–if you want him, you probably already have him.), all of these Boarding Patrol boxes are very good value. This long-awaited separate release of the Shadowspear Master of Possession was revealed on August 13.

This force of 17 miniatures hits the battlefield with a relentless rain of punishing heavy fire. Accompanied by five Heavy Intercessors, there are 12 totally new models in Strike Force Agastus – an incredibly versatile Primaris Lieutenant, the close-combat focused Brutalis Dreadnought, and 10 Desolation Marines who can reap a heavy toll of infantry or hard targets. This new (big) tank for the Astra Militarum, named after the Primarch of the Imperial Fists, was revealed on October 24, 2022.

The Emperor’s finest are the prime bulwark against Abaddon’s nefarious schemes, and this Boarding Patrol is typical of their brutal efficiency in such matters. You’ll be able to face any foe with a highly customisable Primaris Captain in Gravis armour , five Heavy Intercessors , and 10 Assault Intercessors . Status: Released The Aranthian Succession: The Vaults of Temenos The Aranthian Succession: The Vaults of Temenos The Brutalis Dreadnought is a powerful melee cousin of the Redemptor that can rip vehicles apart with shredding talons, or lay into foes with a pair of fists fitted with twin bolt rifles. The Desolation Squad can meanwhile arm themselves either with superfrag missiles for blasting infantry or superkrak missiles for busting tanks – with indirect-fire castellan launchers on the side. Lead from the front with a powerful Captain in Gravis Armour wielding a boltstorm gauntlet and a choice of fearsome melee weapons – ideal for contesting the confines of an enemy vessel. He’s joined at close quarters by 10 Assault Intercessors, each armed with a chainsword and heavy bolt pistol, who can be split into squads of five for navigating tight passageways. A squad of five Heavy Intercessors provide supporting firepower with a variety of heavy bolt weaponry, their armoured bulk warding off breachers as they flood whole corridors with a hail of death. This new campaign book, the second in the The Aranthian Succession series, was revealed on March 17, 2023.
