MMC Pro Hard Surface & Patio Cleaner, Biocide - 5L

MMC-Pro is a dynamic combination anti-viral/anti-bacterial disinfectant, fungicide/algaecide and detergent. It kills mould and algae in typically 2-4 days, and has a slow cleaning action in the following weeks and months. MMC Pro Hard Surface Cleaner should be applied at low pressure, and allowed to soak in to the treated hard surface. MMC Pro Hard Surface Cleaner does not require aggressive or damaging application methods such as pressure washing or steam cleaning. Also cam be used as a patio cleaner. Pesticides approved for professional use must only be used by users holding the relevant specified certificate/s. (Section 8 (1) The Plant Protection Products (Sustainable Use) Regulations 2012) Depending on the nature of the surface, dilution rate applied and natural weathering, the product will generally prevent re-growth for approximately 9 months (and longer on absorbent surfaces such as timber fencing)

MMC Pro is no longer permitted for the treatment of moss as moss has been reclassified as a plant and comes under the plant protection legislation. This hard s urface cleaner does not require any aggressive application methods which could be damaging, such as high-pressure water blasting or steam cleaning. MMC-PRO is not a general-purpose or instant “cleaner”. In most cases, but not all, the product residues tend to lift ingrained dirt slowly for a few months from application, to leave a cleaner and brighter surface. MMC ® Pro is the easiest and most effective way to treat and prevent mould, algae and grime on all hard surfaces. There is no need to scrub or pressure wash, just dilute and apply. This product typically works in 2-4 days (depending on weather) and then continues to prevent re-growth for the following weeks & months.
