About this deal

Rules for using the Krondspine Incarnate of Ghur in games of Warhammer Age of Sigmar can be found in Season of War: Thondia, along with additional rules for bringing the mysterious terrain of Thondia to life on the tabletop. Tyranid vanguard organisms are used to sow terror among enemy forces, and few do it as well as Deathleaper. A fine-honed advancement of the Lictor strain, Deathleaper uses its instinctual understanding of fear responses to terrorise its foes, incapacitating and sowing paranoia before it guts its targets with a fearsome array of talons and claws. Lictor All Tyranids cause some degree of fear in most foes, but the Neurolictor is able to trigger atavistic terror responses in even the most well-drilled warriors. Its neural disruption field sows psychological havoc, and thanks to its ability to stay hidden, its prey rarely even realise what is causing these nightmarish visions. Genestealers

Re-enact the iconic scene at Khazad-dûm (just be careful of dropping your own Gandalf) and then terrorise the forces of Good with an epically powerful Balrog. As you might expect, this creature is a force of destruction on the battlefield, capable of sweeping aside entire armies by itself. Battle Report takes the factions from Fury of the Deep on tour, with a tussle between the Fyreslayers and the Idoneth Deepkin. Who will come out on top – fire or water? This Week on Warhammer Community In-depth coverage on the vast, nearly-uncountable swarm, and the numerous conflicts the Hive Fleets have been involved in since the Imperium first encountered them. You’ll also find information on the named Hive Fleets such as Leviathan, Behemoth, and Kronos Rules for using the Krondspine Incarnate of Ghur, a powerful new unit type available to all factions, plus warscroll battalions and battleplans for recreating the story of Season of War: ThondiaIf battling against an overwhelming alien invasion isn’t your cup of tea, how about a nice relaxing holiday to the plains of Ghur instead? After all, it’s all smiles in the Realm of Beasts, right? Season of War: Thondia It’s a big month for fans of Warhammer: The Horus Heresy , as we start to see some juicy details from this new edition. We’ll be shining a spotlight on a one of the new kits every Thursday starting this week , with plenty more to come. Take the Hobbits to Isengard after the climactic Ambush at Amon Hen, with beautiful models representing key moments of the battle. The heroes can be used to form a Legendary Legion for both Good and Evil armies, and someone’s even pre-filled this version of Boromir with arrows for his heroic final stand. Make sure you’re the focus of the Hive Fleet’s attention with these Tyranid-themed dice coloured a luscious Leviathan purple, with the Tyranid icon on the six making sure your living ammo and scything talons hit their mark. Demonstrate your dedication to the Tyranid swarm with these insidious dice, themed to match the tendrils of the Hive Mind. Marked with the colours of Hive Fleet Leviathan, these dice are perfectly evolved for rolling, helping you to prey upon and destroy your enemies.

For as long as there has been Warhammer 40,000, there have been Genestealers. The original Tyranid bioform gets a much-deserved makeover with a new kit that reimagines their iconic look in glorious high detail. This time around, you get a full complement of Ymgarl Genestealer heads if the face-tentacle vibe is more your speed. Termagants The Biovore has a new spring in its step and is ready to launch Spore Mines all over your next battlefield. These indirect fire platforms have long been the Hive Mind’s answer to distant foes, and you can also build them as flame-spewing Pyrovores to turn long-range shooting into close-quarters dominance. Combat Patrol: Tyranids

Lictors are living weapons that blend seamlessly with the environment with chameleonic skin, and use feeder tendrils to absorb key information from their targets’ shattered craniums. This kit is the most adaptable Lictor ever , and can be built in three distinct poses that allow for dozens of options each. Neurolictor Need your very own slice of Thondia to battle over as you tame Incarnates and set them on your foes? Of course you do. Add some feral vigour to your tabletop with the Thondian Strongpoint, which contains a violent realm-spawned Krondspine Incarnate. Neurolictors are a new sub-species of Lictor only starting to appear across the galaxy. This bioform trades raw close combat prowess for insidious mental abilities and projects a psychic miasma that overcomes the enemy and shatters their discipline. Genestealers Should your prey prove to be more slippery than expected, assemble the kit as a Norn Assimilator and drag their cowardly hides into the dirt with razor-sharp toxinjector harpoons. This variant trades psychic powers for all-out damage. Deathleaper

Wrong. With the Era of the Beast in full swing, the continent of Thondia is awash with wild warbands. On top of detailed maps and a bestiary of lore, Season of War: Thondia contains reams of rules for scrapping over these savage lands in open, narrative, and matched play, as well as fielding the terrifying incarnation of Ghur itself – the Krondspine Incarnate. The Tyranid hive fleets are rapacious alien swarms that flow from beyond the galactic fringe to devour all life. From their chitinous blades and parasitic guns to the vast hive ships that ferry them across the stars, everything about the Tyranids is organic. Like an endless insect swarm, their individual warrior organisms are given unified purpose by the imperatives of a vast and ineffable alien consciousness known as the Hive Mind.We also return to War Zone: Nachmund for another look into the downwards-spiralling conflict. The Wardens of the Gauntlet are assembling, while especially puritanical warriors (from all faiths) get a boost with new Crusade rules, and there are even rules for using Be’lakor’s followers alongside the upcoming Codex: Chaos Knights . There’s also plenty to see over at the Warhammer Twitch stream this week – have a look at what’s coming in the next few days.
