The Kruleboyz size comparision is interesting. I would say the Hobgrot is spot on, taller than a Grot but smaller than a man. The Gutrippa is just taller than the man which is right but when stood next to an Orruk boy or Ironjaw he’s easily a head taller. This might make them look a tad out of place when adding them to an existing army. I got to admit I prefer the new Orruk physiology to the old one. I know it’s not a replacement but it sure does make the old stuff look dated. Conclusion Knight-Vexillor with Banner of Apotheosis: Knights-Vexillor are granted the right to bear a Banner of Apotheosis, infused with the forge-magics of Grungni. We also get clarification that if 2 or more abilities happen simultaneously then the current player does all theirs followed by their opponent, with a roll off happening for any simultaneous effects that happen between turns.

The game started with the Swampcall Shaman, who cast Arcane Missile on the pair of Vindicors on the eastern side of the board. With a casting value of 5, and 5 being rolled on two dice, one of the Vindictors suffered a Mortal Wound. The Shaman decided to stay put for the rest of the turn and wait for the Stormcasts to come to him. Flaming Weapon: Casts on a 4+ and improves the damage of one of the casters weapons by 1 – really good on a combat character with magic!
