The Greenwood CV2GIP Extractor Fan uses SMART technology for a more efficient and environmentally friendly extractor fan. SMART Technology comes in sensors, controls and design features within our products, usually our GIP product range. Greenwood HumidiSMART™ which uses ONLY man-made humidity to activate boost, removing nuisance running HumidiSMART is Greenwood’s intelligent humidity sensing technology. It works by continuously monitoring the environment in which the Unity CV2GIP is installed, and determines whether the ventilation needs to boost into action based on a rapid humidity increase. It’s incredibly effective in environments such as bathrooms, as baths, showers and other sources of hot water can cause drastic increases in the humidity levels of the room.
