From what I saw in the theater, I expected a solid offering but, this is a terrific Ultra HD presentation that is among the best releases that have come to the format. aggressive bass, but also balanced bass, offering wonderfully complimentary depth to music and action effects alike. The opening theme has never would be forgiven for believing that Cary Joji Fukunaga was a veteran of the franchise or at least the genre rather than a man making his first truly the high point for delivering natural blues and greens and even a number of earthy shades (the chase sequence near film's start) with resplendent stage engagement and low end support. Atmospheric effects are richly realized and seamlessly integrated. The top end is used more in support rather No Time To Die is the third-best Bond film in the Daniel Craig series, behind Casino Royale and Skyfall, but in front of Spectre and Quantum of Solace. It might have been last on the list if it weren't for some of those excellent action sequences and new characters giving audiences some great comedic-action scenes. But for most of this end tale, there's nothing new or anything relevant that would truly give this Bond a great sendoff.

There's no flow, rhyme, or reason to it other than to exist as if several writers' ideas all made the final draft. Newcomers to the saga include Game Night's Billy Magnussen, Craig's Knives Outco-star Ana de Armas, Captain Marvel's Lashana Lynch and Bohemian Rhapsody star Rami Malek as villainous tech whizz Safin. Maniac's Cary Joji Fukunaga directs. For its presentation in Ultra HD Not Time to Die was rendered from a mix of film sources and finished on a 4K DI. Bond uses in the series; what's new is cool, what's familiar has proven its worth, and it's a winning formula.We get bruisingly efficient and grounded action sequences that here are intrinsically linked to the emotional beats of the film – there’s no wasted or flippant action excesses to pad out the run time or meet test audiences’ desires for blood and fire. We get some beautiful locations that are used as stunning canvases for these, from the Italian mountain town of Matera to the fog-shrouded forests of Langvann, Norway and onto the concrete beauty of the island lair in the Sea of Japan by way of the vibrant party town of Santiago de Cuba. And driving it all is Craig, bowing out from the role wonderfully with a huge amount of infectious charisma and driving energy.
