About this deal

The Ei1529RC is a wall mounted Remote Control device powered by 230V AC. It is recommended for use in systems comprising of three or more hardwired interconnected mains Alarms. The remote control is recommended for use in systems comprising of three or more interconnected smoke/heat alarms.The wall mounted switch unit locates, tests alarms or silences false alarms (only on 'R' models in the system) from an easily accessible low level switch position. The triggered alarm can be audibly identified - and silences all others - automatically resetting after 10 minutes Locate Switch: If the Alarms are sounding, pressing the Locate Switch silences all but the originating Alarm, thus allowing easy identification of the source of the alarm.

The Ei1529RC is a remote control switch that runs on 230V AC mains power. It is designed for use with 2100, 160RC and 140RC series smoke and heat alarms, and 260RC series carbon monoxide alarms. Test Pressing the Test switch into the on position will test all the alarms in the system. This operation is equivalent to pressing the Test button on all alarms in the system simultaneously and as such performs a true functional test of the system without having to reach up to each alarm in turn. Pressing the Test switch overrides the Location function and resets the system to standby.
