About this deal

Once you have your replacement mouse skates in hand, it's now time to remove your old ones from the base of the mouse. There are a few different methods to do this, but we’ll cover the main, most reliable method (in our opinion):

Please read this End User License Agreement carefully before you complete the installation process and before you use the ENDGAME GEAR Configuration software for the first time. By using this software (including the installation process), you declare your consent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you are not allowed to complete the installation or use the software. End User License Agreement This Software may be subject to import and export control regulations of different countries. The User will comply with the applicable import and export control regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany, the European Union and the United States of America as well as all other relevant regulations. This Agreement regulates the provision and usage of PGW’s ENDGAME GEAR Configuration Software (hereinafter "Software") on a cost-free-basis. The User may terminate the Agreement by deleting the Software or by declaring the termination towards PGW.The limitation period for claims made by Users, who are not private end users, shall be one year from the start of the statutory limitation period. Be careful when using the hairdryer too, as you want to avoid overheating the mouse, which can cause damage to your mouse (plastic melting or warping) and also cause injury to yourself, so proceed with caution. We've converted this review to Test Bench 1.5. This update adds a new Main Button test group, which provides button actuation data and switch information. We've also made minor changes to how we calculate the Office usage score. For more details, you can see our full changelog here. We've corrected an error in the In the Box section of this review. Previously, this section indicated this mouse had a USB-C wireless receiver. It now correctly lists that it has a USB-A wireless receiver. If the User is a merchant or a legal entity under German public law, or if the User does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or Europe, then the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this Agreement and the contractual relationship with PGW is Berlin.

Making this mouse flexible to your needs, the Endgame Gear XM2we utilises a Hybrid Skate design. This allows both small and large skates to be installed on the underside of the shell. As standard, this gaming mouse comes with small skates pre-installed whilst including a set of large skates should they be your preference. Both sets are manufactured from premium PTFE plastic, ensuring the smoothest glide across any surface, as well as great durability. When operating on soft surfaces, it is recommended you equip the sensor skate too. Before applying the grip tape, it is essential to clean your mouse to remove any dirt or oils that may interfere with the grip tape's adhesion. Use a soft cloth and rubbing alcohol to gently clean the surface of your mouse, taking care not to damage the coating. Make sure to remove all the dirt and oil residues, especially around the edges of your mouse. PGW grants the User a personal, non-transferable, free, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Software on User’s devices according to these terms and conditions.

SWITCH QUANG HỌC KAILH GO

The User is permitted to save and use the Software on an end device (e.g. PC, laptop, mobile phone or tablet). The User is responsible for ensuring that the device meets the minimum requirements of the Software. The User ensures that the Software is only used in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement. Finally, once the grip tape is properly applied, use a sharp hobby knife or scissors to trim any excess grip tape from around the edges of your mouse. Trimming the edges gives your mouse a clean and finished look. A contributory negligence on the part of the User will be of consideration when assessing PGW’s liability. Contributory negligence on the part of the User according to this Agreement shall be assumed in the case of non-compliance with the User’s rights and obligations. The Endgame Gear XM2we is the first wireless mouse we’ve used in a while, and it’s made us wonder: why have we waited so long to make the switch? This sleek, lightweight mouse is understated and simple, but it’s an absolute pleasure to use. Thanks to Endgame Gear for supplying us with an XM2we review unit for the purposes of this article.

There's no unnecessary RGB lighting to drain power, so the battery lasts pretty long. I didn't notice any spikes in latency or sensors cutting out when the battery was low — as I mentioned earlier, the only time I noticed any effect on the cursor was when the battery ran completely dry and the mouse turned off. As I could only gauge a rough estimation of battery life using the software, this was the main indicator that I needed to recharge — which isn't great, of course, because you don't want your mouse to die without warning in the middle of a competition. At the same time, it's kind of impressive that there's no lag in performance even when the battery is on its last legs. The Bottom Line Once you have removed all the old skates from the base your mouse, give the surface a clean by using rubbing alcohol (Isopropyl). This will remove any excess adhesive that may still be present. Leave the mouse to dry, and then it's time to apply the new ones. The User must protect any copies of the Software from being accessed by unauthorized third parties. You can use the spudger or knife on its own without using the hairdryer, especially if you're unsure of how long to heat the feet up by. This may leave traces of glue on the bottom of the mouse however, which will need to be removed before attaching the new mouse feet. This method involves using the hairdryer to heat up the glue underneath the mouse feet. Once the glue has been heated long enough, use a spudger (a flat plastic tool with a sharp end) or a knife to scrape underneath the feet to peel them off — be careful if using a knife!

The Endgame Gear XM2we Gaming Mouse is equipped with two standard buttons, a scroll wheel and two buttons on the side. On the underside of the mouse you’ll find a button which lets you toggle the speed of the mouse on the fly, with several pre-programmed settings. In terms of responsiveness, we have no complaints with the XM2we, and we’ve experienced no delay due to the wireless connection. Simply plug in the USB adapter and the mouse will instantly connect – and the 1000HZ polling rate ensures a stable and optimal connection. Any further liability and a liability beyond the legally required liability are excluded in all cases. With a little preparation and some simple steps, you can enjoy better control and performance like the pros. I didn’t notice any latency at all in the XM2we while testing it. You can configure the mouse to feel as responsive (or as unresponsive) as you want using the software. The performance of the PixArt PAW3370 sensor didn’t disappoint — the XM2we performed exceptionally well on every surface I tested it on, including mouse pads, bare desks/tabletops, and even the material on the arm of my sofa. Features and Software of the XM2weOf course, the downside to being wireless means that you’re going to have to charge the XM2we mouse every so often. The internal battery is 410mAh, and the official description of the mouse says it gives “one week of gameplay”. Of course, how long the battery lasts will depend wholly on how heavily you use your computer. But charging is no problem: it comes with a braided USB cable, so simply plug it in once in a while to keep the battery topped up. You can use it while wired, or just leave it to charge while you’re away from your desk.
