About this deal

The local alderman and others involved in the project are commemorated in an inscription on the ornamental pond in the central garden area. Nicholas Barton, in his 1962 book "Lost Rivers of London" [10] lists the Langbourn in his chapter on "Dubious Lost Rivers" for three reasons:
