That said, adding a substance to a drink I was going to have anyway was far easier than taking a tablet or vitamin, for example, and it was great that I could just add the Pura Collagen powder whenever I was having a drink, rather than being restricted to set times or having to allow set amounts of time between drinks, which I understand some collagen and related products require. I really liked the orange and ginger flavour and, as I usually had this collagen supplement to start my day, it definitely made me feel more awake and energised!
