There are two versions of the YoloBox Pro; the 7-inch and 8-inch version in this test. The 8-inch offers a bright 400 nit brightness screen, 3 HDMI Inputs, USB Type-C, one for charging, the other is fully featured, 1 USB and 3.5mm audio line in and out ports. Recording all video/audio sources separately instead of just the final output in case you want to combine them differently in post in a video editing tool Unfortunately there is no charger delivered with it, and most of my chargers were not compatibles : you really need a QC 3.0 certified charger with USB A of 18W to make it work (I tried at least 5 of them before find one that worked) 1.3.3 Power supply The YoloBox Pro will get all video / audio sources as input and its HDMI output will be used together with a a video capture card like the Elgato CamLink 4K or the Elgato HD60+ to serve as a virtual webcam to Zoom / Skype…. Like a webcam as input for a meeting/webinar tool like OBS / Zoom / Teams : the HDMI out of the YoloBox Pro will be used as input of a Video capture card (like the Elgato Camlink 4K) connected via USB to your computer and serving therefore as a “webcam”. A Future upgrade should directly give the webcam function via the USB C port of the YoloBox (Firmware need to be upgrade to use the UVC USB Video Class protocol) Select the YoloBox Pro as the video input: In the video software, go to the settings or preferences menu and select YoloBox as the video input. You should be able to see the output on your computer screen. (Pictures from James Watt’s video tutorial) The YoloBox Pro supports input resolutions ranging up to 1080p using the H.264 codec, and you can stream resolutions from 540p to 1080p to YouTube, Twitch, and other streaming services via custom RTMP presets. Stream to the Internet using a 4G cellular network such as Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T, using a separately available nano-size SIM card and a separately available data plan. You can record your stream directly in .mp4 format to an optional SD card with up to 128 GB capacity using the built-in SD card slot. Latest Firmware 1.04 Update
Alongside the streaming potential, the powerful processor can also handle device processing, including graphic and video overlays and Chroma. The Standard Atem mini does not provide any streaming capability neither monitoring but is providing audio mixing If you want to push from this to multiple platforms or you can go directly from your YoloBox to your streaming platform and bypass Yololiv’s cloud service encoding setting. This gives you a couple of different ways that the YoloBox can actually encode the program stream. T The outward look of the YoloBox Pro is simple and understated; it looks for all intentions like a monitor and nothing more.Live Comment：You will get to see comments that come in from the streams and you can leverage those in the production. When the connection was good, which was the majority of the time, the quality of the feed was excellent without any issues. During a live event , your viewers may add comments on Facebook or Youtube. You can see those feed of comments directly in the YoloBox in the section 5 of the bottom right menu This third tab over here with the speaker icon in the audio tab.
