About this deal

To assign lighting to your fans/strips, you then must select the Lighting Channel you wish to control on the left. How then, is the Commander Pro any better (for my applications) than the Commander Core included with my CPU cooler? In the second drop-down box, select how many of each device is connected to your Lighting Controller. I probably will be giving my modified lights to my sister when I upgrade though. So, I was thinking, she would need a Node Pro (and the included controller) to control the lights, so I was going to give her my current Node and buy a set of Corsair strip lights (which came with another Node Pro), to replace it as I want the strip lights anyways, and I can't find a way to get a node pro on it's own. Before you begin installation, make sure that your computer system is powered off. Once it is, follow the instructions below:

LC100 triangles are not intended to be hotswapped and triangles should not be removed or added together while the system is powered on. The LIGHTING NODE PRO has a total of 6 different lighting modes: Rainbow, Color Shift, Color Pulse, Color Wave, Static, and Temperature. With the different lighting modes available, you can do some pretty cool stuff, such as have the HD RGB fans on your radiator change color depending on the temperature of your processor and the other fans in your system change color depending on the temperature of your drives or graphics card all while your LED strips display a constant rainbow effect. the commander can do lighting(2 ports) temp, usb hub(may or may not work) and pwm for fans. the 2 led ports need an hub to attach up to 6 fans to each port for a toalt of 12 fans. Each ARGB wire needs its own Lighting Node Pro channel, these don't work with the Corsair Lighting Hub unfortunately. Then I found the Commander Pro, which I thought I could get and use instead of my Node to both control my ML120s and their RGB, along with a set of strip lights that don't come with another Node.

Any ideas? Because I'm very confused! XD I'm not a computer expert, and even thinking about opening up the side panel to mess with cables, scare me, because I have no idea what I would be doing, I know nothing! LOL so looks like the commander core is new and it can control the pwm on the fan as well as the lighting like the node core can only do 6 fans instead of 12 liek the commander and lighting node proLIGHTING NODE PRO features two channels that can be individually controlled, allowing you to have your LED strips on one channel and your RGB fans on the other channel. You can define what device is on each channel with the dropdown menu just to the right of the channel number (you can choose from RGB LED strips, HD RGB fans, or SP RGB fans). which actually, everything is plugged into this other included Corsair RGB controller, and then that is plugged into the first port on the Node. and I don't know if the other included thing has a name, but I included a picture of it in case that is helpful.) At the bottom of the screen, you will see two items labelled Lighting Channel 1 and Lighting Channel 2. These are the two connectors on your Lighting Node Pro or Commander Pro labelled LED 1 and LED 2 that correspond to these. Select the drop-down box next to the Lighting Channel you have your devices connected to, and switch them to either SP RGB Fans, HD RGB Fans, LL RGB fans, ML RGB fans or Lighting Strips. and the other one has no adapter with them but probally go with the lighintn node (without pro) i think. NOTE: If you select a LIGHTING LINK effect in Lighting Type, it will apply the lighting effect to all iCUE-compatible devices currently connected to your PC.

With the CORSAIR LC100 Case Accent Lighting Triangles, you can further personalize your PC with nine interconnected and customizable mini RGB lighting panels. This article contains instructions and a video on how to install the LC100.i will get me a strafe keyboard and allt he other led stuff soon would be cool to controll everything together... My PC will have 5 RGB ML120s, and some Corsair strip lights (probably 4 strips daisy chained together). I will for sure have a Commander Core, but exactly what other controllers do I need to control all of that with iCue? (fan speed and RGB) same case come with a core just depends on witch one. looks like there an pwm hub only no lighting that can also come with the case. Right now my fans speed control are plugged into my motherboard so I can't use iCue to create a custom fan curve like I could with the Pro, but from my understanding, the Core has that same feature.
