About this deal

Loperamide is also used for recurring or longer lasting diarrhoea from bowel conditions such as Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and short bowel syndrome. Acute diarrhoea is often caused by a “stomach bug”, but it can also be caused by an underlying condition and drugs. “Stomach bug” is a general term that is commonly used to describe a range of gastrointestinal illnesses that can cause symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, and cramping. A stomach bug is not a medical diagnosis but rather a common term used to refer to a variety of illnesses, including viral and bacterial infections. Some common examples of stomach bugs include norovirus, rotavirus, and food poisoning (bacterial infection). ORS solutions are typically recommended for individuals who are experiencing mild to moderate diarrhoea. Dioralyte Diarrhoea is a common condition characterized by loose, watery stools that occur more frequently than normal. It can be caused by a variety of factors, including bacterial or viral infections, food intolerances or allergies, medications, and certain medical conditions. Diarrhoea can affect children and adults of any age.
