About this deal

Miller + Kai + Max = everything. The romance between the couple is perfect, the relationship between Kai and his son was the most beautiful and heartwarming, and don’t even get me started on the bond that Miller develops with Max. It’s the best thing ever. When Max finally gets her name out, and instead of Miller its Mama he’s trying to say… I bawled honestly this is everything I want in a romance. I’ll take no criticism with this book it’s as close to perfect as they come.

Growing with not only Zanders but Stevie is insane and makes me love this book so much. The portrayal of mental health in Liz’s book is simply incredible. With all his books, I never wanted them to end. I can’t wait for the next book in the series and see Liz becoming an even more amazing author. When she's not traveling or writing, Liz can be found reading a good book or taking her Golden Retriever, Luke, on a hike in her hometown in Sonoma County, CA. Liz Tomforde writes sports romance novels that depict realistic and healthy relationships. Her books offer a mix of witty banter and real-life struggles. Her heroes are alpha yet vulnerable, and her heroines are strong. Listen, this book was far from bad. I would’ve rated it higher (about 3.5-4 stars) if it weren’t for the MANY ISSUES it had. 💔 Tbh I had really low expectations for this book. Mile High and The Right Move had fun characters and some cute moments but I wasn’t super impressed with the overall writing quality. Also, I really went into this thinking who tf is Kai and why should I care about this man?????

I never imagined I'd be living with my best friend's brother, NBA superstar Ryan Shay. Even more unbelievable? He needs me to act as his loving girlfriend who's suddenly changed him into a friendly and approachable guy.

I’m happy to say that I very much loved this book. I connected to the characters right away, felt like they were fully formed and complex, I loved their banter, their chemistry, I loved the build up and the way the whole story developed - I really think it was done very well and I had a great time reading it.

Also, this might be my all-time favorite depiction of a curvy heroine. The complexity of how that affects not only who you are as a person, but how others treat you in different ways. It was a big part of how Stevie sees herself, and seeing Zanders use his therapy techniques to break down her walls and reteach her the importance of self-esteem was the most romantic part of this story. True love builds others up and keeps them going with your support and dedication. Omg I knew I was right to trust Steph Bohrer’s recommendations!! She never misses. I’m so glad I ended up loving this book because I had high hopes for it. This was such a fun, easy and heartwarming read. At the beginning it was difficult to get invested in the story but it didn’t take long for me to become obsessed with this book The plus size representation, p.o.c representation, the discussions on mental health, and the therapy sessions.Stevie and Zander. Their chemistry was amazing and I can’t fault that. The banter, the dialogue, everything about them together worked. when I tell you that the whole break up in this book is so good. It really got me in my feels, cause I could feel Miller and Kai's hearts breaking. He was so miserable, but he wanted her to chase her dream more than his own happiness brb I'm crying nobody touch me 😭🤚
