We received this shower right on time and found it in good condition with clear detailed fitting instructions. It was quite simple to install (my first time). It is impressive and elegant, and looks like it’s more expensive than it actually was. I’m very happy with the shower so far and would recommend it to others. Excellent product exactly as described easy to install a luxurious edition to our bathroom. Arrived on time undamaged thank you plumb world. Easily switch between using the drencher head or handset using the diverter valve. It is not possible to use the drencher head and the handset in conjunction with each other.

Going from a shower that worked off old central heating to this one worked off a combo boiler Wowsers what a difference. We can’t stop having showers!
