There is no negative marking; marks can still be rewarded for answers that are not entirely correct but unanswered questions will be given no marks.
What is the MSRA?
Your overall mark for the MSRA comes from your combined score across the Professional Dilemmas Paper and the Clinical Problem Solving Paper. While your previous studies and work as a junior doctor will have prepared you for some of the questions and scenarios within the MSRA, it’s advisable to allow adequate revision time for the MSRA, as you would with any other exam.
