Built around a base of aged and unaged Jamaican rum, produced in pot and column stills, and infused with natural fruit flavours, this is an enjoyably bright and funky spirit. This distillate is often aged in barrels for a period of time, frequently American oak ex-bourbon casks, to add flavor and color to the spirit.
