FWIW, I don’t use an alarm_control_panel integration, so I’m not sure about the automation actions. I was so gripped until extraneous characters and situations evolved which then stopped the reading enjoyment. We don’t use nobody, no one, nothing, nowhere after no, not, never or other words which have a negative meaning ( hardly, seldom). We use anyone, anybody, anything, anywhere: This automation will trigger whenever the last person leaves home, and won’t trigger again until at least one person comes home, and then when the last person leaves again. If I don’t want to use old style groups, how am I supposed to do it with new style gropus, or other methods?It doesn’t look like HA lets you trigger with AND statements, so I’m running into a bit of a challenge with this one. I’m also a bit of a newbie to HA so I may be overlooking something obvious. We use no one, nobody, nothing and nowhere to refer to an absence of people, things or places. We use them with a singular verb:
