About this deal

The spiritual journey is a personal quest we undertake to reconnect with our Souls, release attachment to the ego, and rediscover our True Nature. In a nutshell, the spiritual journey is about returning to the Centre of our being: it’s a path traditionally undertaken by mystics, shamans, and sages. But in this day and age where times have changed, and we’re suffering from collective soul loss, the spiritual journey is open and accessible to all people (and no longer just ascetics, monks, and other holy people). Indeed, listening to the Soul’s calling of reuniting with Spirit is our deepest longing and highest calling as a species. 12 Signs You’re Called to the Spiritual Journey (the Ancient Hero/ine’s Path)

Before a living being enters into the worldly cycle, there is a stage wherein there is total covering on the Soul. In this stage, the Soul is not spoilt nor is it destroyed. The Soul is there, but it is totally covered (with dense layers of coverings over it). So, not a single ray of light of knowledge of Soul is able to come out. They are called ‘Nigod’. There are infinite Souls in this stage; they are fully covered. Not a single sense has been developed in these living beings as yet, and therefore, they are in a dormant stage. At length, when there comes the Deafening Noise — that day shall a man flee from his own brother, and from his mother and his father, and from his wife and his children. Each one of them, that Day, will have enough concern (of his own) to make him indifferent to the others.” (80:33–37)

A living being developing from one-sensed to five-sensed being and then finally evolving into a human form, and then into Summary: Awakening and learning is the next phase of the spiritual journey. Once one has listened to the ‘call to adventure’ and has begun searching for answers, the sense of inner deadness and stagnation lifts. The veil is pulled from our eyes. We awaken to fresh possibilities, new horizons, and deep insights. There is renewed hope, ecstatic zest for life, joyful anticipation, and the passion to learn, explore, and grow. It’s as if the sun has finally emerged from its slumber and we’re bathed in the dawning light of spiritual awakening. 3. Death & demons Our spiritual journeys alternate between periods of descending and ascending. In one period of our lives we may cultivate our connection with Spirit, while in other parts we may descend to the Soul to heal core wounds, or the middle world to develop self-care. It is indeed something to be pondered; that we die each night and Allah gives us another chance at life when we wake up the next day. Among the dreams of the early Muslims is one related by Yazid bin Nu’ama who said, “A girl died in the al-Jarib plague. Her father met her in a dream after her death and asked her to tell him about the Next World. She replied, ‘My father, this is a big subject you have raised. We know but cannot act. You can act but do not know. By Allah, one or two acts of glorification and one or two rakats of the prayer in the book of my actions are preferable to me than the world and all it contains.’”

And he that will be given his Record in his left hand will say: “Ah! Would that my record had not been given to me!” (69:25) Can you relate to any of the above signs? If you can, you’re most certainly being called to embark on the spiritual journey. The 3 Worlds of the Spiritual Journey (Which Are You Inhabiting?) If the soul has no merit at all, it will be sent to the land of punishment, whatever the punishment be. In the Srimad Bhagavata Mahapurana, the Garuda Purana, etc., the type of punishment and difficulties that the soul has to undergo are described in such gory language that we would not like to be born into this world again. In our everyday lives, we function within the middle world. The middle world is responsible for our ego development, and yet many people on the spiritual path ignore this vital element of inner growth. Dallas wrote, "[The Psalmist] is living in the most real world, a world where Yahweh is present and available and actively involved in the lives of those who know and trust him." 4 We talked about how the Twenty-third Psalm is a model for our journey of growing in God’s grace. He encouraged me, Psalm 23 covers the whole of the spiritual life in God’s kingdom. Best of all, he smiled and said, "When you pray Psalm 23 you find that Someone is there waiting for you, to greet you and guide you."
