Oh...there are so many wrong things in this book. Christianity isn't about religion! It's a personal relationship with God. It grows, it's like a journey, it's not stale...it's dynamic! And it fruits eternal life. I really hope that people won't get deceived by this "god". This "god" lies a lot!! We know who is the father of all liars. I feel sorry for Neale too. I hope he will ever get to the true understanding.

We have not been able to find that in another. We thought we could find it in another, we hoped that we could find it in another, but we cannot. We cannot even find it in ourselves. And because we cannot find it in ourselves, we cannot give it to another-and that is why we cannot find it there. For we cannot find anywhere what we have not placed anywhere, and we have not placed complete acceptance and unconditional love anywhere. We cannot even be okay with the weather, for goodness sake. We can find something to complain about around everything.Suppose you could ask God the most puzzling questions about existence - questions about love and faith, life and death, good and evil. Suppose God provided clear, understandable answers. It happened to Neale Donald Walsch. It can happen to you. You are about to have a conversation... And the list goes on. Not only are these books the false doctrine of devils, but in some instances even quote (in error) the Word of God. These books (and others like it) are being sold to schoolchildren (The Scholastic Book Club), and we need to be aware of what is being fed to our children. If sex is so wonderful part of the human experience, why do so many spiritual teachers preach abstinence, and why are so many maters apparently are celibate?” The part where the author says that Hitler did nothing wrong and Hitler went to heaven was ridiculous. The author tries to substantiate it by saying that many people followed Hitler's ideas at that time, making it more ludicrous. I never expected such immature statements in a book discussing spirituality in depth. Such inane insolent remarks will impugn the originality of the whole book. After “death” the soul learns it can go anywhere with the speed of thought. It can be in several places at once.

When we accept something we are placed in control of it. You cannot control what you deny, for you have said it is not there. That is the point being made here. Those whose only desire is to know the eternal truth of All That Is, to understand the great mysteries, to experience the grandest reality, do so. This book uses many terms and references from the Holy Bible. But it's actually against it in a very soft way, presenting a more open option of faith. Alas, it's a false faith. How can we say it's true when it keeps saying wrong things?? We are all One. That is what was meant by “Whatsoever ye do unto the least of these --- ye do unto me.” In that context, understanding that Hilter too went towards the proverbial heaven makes very much sense, as God states.And then Walsch put his pen to paper again and learned more about this God: He tells us that we misunderstood Yogananda, not in those words, but he claimed that Yogananda was a very high being, that he was enlightened, yet in another paragraph he said that any guru who tells disciples that they have to be celibate is not a true guru. But since Yogananda is a true guru in his eyes, his disciples got his message wrong. They didn’t understand what the guru was saying, that he didn’t really mean that disciples should be celibate. Yet, Yogananda put this teaching into his organization when he was alive. But I guess his disciples didn’t understand it. They didn’t get it that you could have sex with all and everyone you desired. Kind of like how many believe that Yogananda had done, only like all lamas and gurus these women and/or children were sworn to secrecy.
