Lisa Fetterman’s second sous vide cookbook on our list combines elements of her first, with a simpler approach for beginners. Her recipes focus on making easy meals during the weeknight. Great for busy families! Jason Logsdon’s book Modernist Cooking Made Easy focuses on the low temperature, precision cooking of a sous vide. This was the best sous vide cookbook for years, and it’s arguably one of the best even in 2021.
