The supernatural tends to encompass transcendental concepts that can't be disproved, as they're outside the realm of science. The existence of deities may be considered supernatural, while uncanny phenomena that are difficult to explain may be considered paranormal. Being Scottish means that you are always surrounded by the paranormal because it's one of the most mythological and haunted countries on earth, and I certainly have had my share of strange/inexplicable phenomena happen to me. There's some stuff I don't even think about because it's too weird, I'm sure I'll accidentally find myself on the other side of one of these shows one day.
