Acrylic Cast Clear Sheet is manufactured using the most innovative and advanced technologies resulting in a product with characteristics including outstanding optical properties (regardless of thickness), extreme purity and excellent weather and chemical resistance. To compliment this range we sell an Immitation Water Resin and a ClearCast Single Pour Embedding Resin which extends our range of products and allows us to supply the right resin for the right Resin Project. In fact, with the addition of a fan to provide airflow over the resin, depths of up to 80mm in a single pour can be achieved. While earthworms can be good for your lawn in the summer months, from autumn through to spring they can actually cause problems when it comes to the quality of your soil. If you are using clamps to hold the material down, we suggest placing wood between the clamps and acrylic sheet to prevent any damage to the surface of the acrylic.

Cast acrylic has a better ability to be reworked hot and it is known for its superior surface finish and optical properties.Although fully cured epoxies are inert and unlikely to pose a hazard, none of the GlassCast range of resins are officially certified food safe and as such we cannot recommend their use where you would need the product to be certified food safe. Special new 'extra deep' casting version of the incredibly popular GlassCast clear epoxy casting resin. However, we do have the perfect resin designed just for this application, our GlassCast Clear Epoxy Surface Resin. But, if the design of your project makes it undesirable to pour two separate layers (for example if you want a swirling pattern running all through the resin) then a single 50mm pour using GlassCast 50 PLUS would almost certainly be preferable. It is superior to all other thermoplastic sheets and higher than that of glass with virtually no colour bias.

Using hardeners from other resin systems will cause serious curing issues or it may not cure at all. It also benefits considerably from being lightweight with virtually no shrinkage and is non-yellowing.Castclear Worm Cast Suppressant contains a unique combination of nutrients, soil penetrates and organic sulphur, which when sprayed onto the lawn deters worms for 20 days. Acrylic can be used for kitchen splashbacks but the following distances should be kept between the outer edge of your hob and the acrylic: at least 60mm for ceramic hobs and at least 200mm for gas hobs. However another friend went and bought the same product for her lawn and really hasn't had much improvement at all. Worms are great for the lawn but in the autumn through to the spring months their casts cause a really big problem on the lawns surface making it muddy, bumpy, wet and uneven.
