About this deal

First, there are are two different products here - they are complimentary but it's important to understand that they can be used together or independently. Here’s my shirt after pressing with this method. These colors aren’t exactly what I had intended. The original file is more pastel, especially the lighter colors, and the greens are quite a bit different. It’s okay, it still looks great. I mentioned above that when using my Epson sublimation printer I have not had success printing directly onto the EasySubli paper. These are the issues I’ve had: It is possible, but not recommended or necessary that you flush the ink in a Sawgrass SG400 or Sawgrass SG800 to replace it with EasySubli inks. The reality is swapping inks isn't necessary - you can get just fine results using the sublimation inks you already have in your ink Sawgrass (or other) sublimation printer.

That’s why it can’t be understated what an innovation being able to press sublimation transfers at 310°F is… your garments will thank you for it! Regular sublimation also needs to be applied at high temperatures for longer time periods (for example, 400°F for 45 seconds). Siser Easy Subli has a much shorter press and heat time of 310°F for 15 seconds (on a shirt). EasySubli HTV can be applied at a lower temperature (311) vs traditional sublimation temperatures of 400 for a lesser amount of time The drying process can be sped up by placing the printed sheet under a Clam Shell Heat Press (that is open, on, and heated up) for 60 seconds. The residual heat will do the work of 30 minutes in just 1! With this drying method you may notice the colors begin to develop a little under the heat. This is normal and will not effect the overall vibrancy of the end result. These last few items are likely already in your craft arsenal, but were necessary to complete this project:When your image appears in Canvas, you may need to resize it. Cricut only allows for 9.25″x6.75″ of printing space. No. Siser EasySubli HTV will work on any sublimation printer, however Siser recommends using a Sawgrass Sublimation printer with EasySubli Inks for best results. Yup it's print and cut....with the new Siser EasySubli printable Heat Transfer material using a sublimation printer and Silhouette cutting machine. I think the concept is a bit difficult to understand at first because it's not like traditional sublimation and there's already printable HTV on the market that you can use with your home inkjet printer - but EasySubli is where they collide. You are actually sublimating directly onto the heat transfer material rather than the final good - like a t-shirt. There are both pros and cons to this. EasySubli HTV has a slightly softer feel than the inkjet printable heat transfer for darks we tested it against Select “Continue”, title your file, add tags if you’d like, and be sure to save the image as a “Print Then Cut” file.

The Easy Subli Inks have been formulated especially for printing on Siser Easy Subli HTV, and that is where you get the best results. It’s a bonus that they can also be used for traditional sublimation. Other brands of cutters can be used with EasySubli as well. Read the Silhouette Cameo 3 post here! What is Siser EasySubli HTV? Siser EasySubli Heat Transfer is a lined, printable heat transfer material that can only be printed onto using a sublimation printer and sublimation inks. It can be used with various brand sublimation printers and sublimation inks. Sublimation on a 100% Cotton T-Shirt with Siser® EasySubli® HTV, Sawgrass SG400, & Cricut Explore Air 2 The rollers on the EcoTank printer especially are so close to the printed area that I end up with roller marks. Place a sheet of EasySubli HTV into your sublimation printer (I'm using my Sawgrass SG400) with the sheet oriented so you print on the rough side (As is the case with all sublimation, the printed image will seem dull and faded)

Achieve the brightest colors and best results when paired with the specially developed printing profile and Siser EasySubli Inks by Sawgrass. Available for the Virtuoso SG500 and SG1000, Siser EasySubli Inks can do more than just print on EasySubli! The low application temperature of 311°F even allows you to decorate heat sensitive fabrics like tri-blends and rayon! Remove the protective sheet and locate the sublimation design on top of the EasySubli. Use heat-resistant tape to hold the print in place and then add the protective paper over the top of the sublimation print and use heat-resistant tape to hold it into place.EasySubli requires a sublimation printer which has a much higher price tag and start up cost than an inkjet printer Do I have to print on a Sublimation Printer with EasySubli HTV? Yes. Siser EasySubli can only be used with sublimation printers and sublimation inks.

Press at 385 degrees for about 30 seconds. When you’re done remove everything from the top while it’s hot.
