About this deal

The part where she met her future husband, Dave Naz, was far too rushed as were the parts where she briefly mentioned working for Playboy TV. However, it was really difficult to read because the author goes in to extreme detail about many, many degrading sexual acts.

Oriana Small’s Girlvert: A Porno Memoir is like a blistering war memoir, with penises instead of bayonets. She doesn't regret porn, but she does come to regret when she allowed herself to bullied by the ego and self-interest of men (both in relationships and in the business). Small's brand of porn, which I haven't seen, nor did I make any comments about folks that are anti-porn both publicly and in the privacy of their own homes. I really enjoyed much of this book and have a new found respect for the author, plus was glad she met her prince charming in the end.But the author says at least her boyfriend is into it and so an improvement on the "suitcase pimps" who lug around their porn actress girlfriends suitcases of clothes and shoes to shoots but angrily smoke or stare at the floor while the shoot is going on. Therefore, due to the drinking/drug input and just having a great deal of cash around - the focus is only for the next 12 hours or so. I preferred to wait until we got in the car to fight, but he liked to slam bathroom doors and pull me aside in front of the other porn people. Not that I’d want to spend more than three minutes with the walking id that Small presents as her self-portrait. sometimes sadistic cruelty (being pushed to perform unwillingly, sometimes through tears, being bruised, afraid and ruptured), and sometimes anarchistic adventure and fun, wild partying, life on the edge, of finding the boundary where there is no boundary. The book's title refers to a series of porn movies of the same title, where she plays both perpetrator, forcing young girls to extreme sexual acts against their will, and victim.A lot's been written about how visual images allow the viewer to judge the subject being photographed, but Ashley -- or, rather, Oriana -- seemed to keep this from happening: when you watched her get treated roughly on camera, you couldn't help but feel complicit, almost guilty. Every far-off corner, heretofore unvisited by the temptations of motion picture sex, has been glazed with gelatinous, day-old, yellowing spunk.
