There is also someone from Ryan’s past that has come back into his life of which I am dying to read more about and where the author is going to take us with that particular story line. The banter between members of the team is so well written and adds to the realism and to my enjoyment of the books as it often adds a much needed bit of humour. Now this book has special meaning for me, as readers will be aware, as I won an auction to be a named character in the book. Yes, the plots are always excellent, and the intricacies of the mystery always bamboozle me, but the real heart of this series lies in the characters.
