Though, she later reveals that she is still in love with Terumi but never makes an attempt to resume a relationship.She continues with her blunt manner of questioning by asking how many women Terumi has already kissed, while giving him tongue. As a guinea pig, Minamoto is tasked to capture the hearts of 14 women, in relation to the fictional famous literature that is the Genji Monogatari that Fujiwara Kaoruko is deeply knowledgeable and interested in. Kaoruko notes that while Rokujou may forgive Terumi for his fling with other women, she will fly off the rails once he inevitably leaves her to pursue the rest of the targets. During the final volume of the story, Kaoruko crosses the line and ends up sleeping with her nephew.

Relationship Sabotage: Rokujou fulfills this trope whenever she senses that Terumi and a new target of the Genji tale are getting too close for her liking.Gilligan Cut: Yuu notes that Terumi should take it easy on the exercise machine lest he risk collapsing again like he did when they first met. The Determinator: Fancies himself as this at the start, with his stated goal to overcome his fears and be able to have any woman he wants.
